Our Design Guidance Video Consultations are designed to equip you with information, ideas and confidence to elevate the design of your home. We share our expert advice on the spot, to provide clarity and guidance so you can create the space you’ve always dreamed of.
The endless decisions when designing your home can be costly and can often result in overthinking and indecision. Booking a Video Consulation makes the process easier, simpler and more enjoyable.
Whether your building a new home or have a room in need of a refresh, we can guide you in creating a design concept or providing a valuable second opinion on any design solutions you’re considering.
All Video Consultations take place over Zoom with StudioSense Founder, Natasha Voudouris. Natasha is both grounded and thoughtful in her advice and brings her extensive supplier knowledge and imaginative ideas to each consultation. This is a working session and we use the screenshare feature on zoom to suggest specific products or supplier’s and we may even sketch over the top of your plans, discussing different options in real time. You may like to email us photos or any floor plans of your space prior to our meeting, alternatively, you can walk us through your space during the video call.

FAQs
How do I prepare for my Design Guidance Consultation?
Preparation for your consultation can be as simple or as detailed as you like. For all consultations, we suggest writing down few questions or dot points before our consultation. If you’re the type who loves to get prepared, we suggest sending us an email at least 24 hours before your consultation and we will review it prior. We suggest compiling a simple document with: photos of your space, your questions, inspiration images, any selections you are considering and attaching any floor plans/dimensions. Do you need to visit my home?
The short answer is no! As designer’s we have an innate understanding of space and are accustomed to analysing space through images and floor plans. Our Design Guidance Consultations are an online-only service, serving clients Australia wide and internationally.
How much do you charge?
A 1 hour consultation is $400 and a 30 minute consultation is $200. The 30 minute consultations suit those with just a few questions, that may not fill an entire 60 minute consult. Payment in full is required before consultations, to ensure that we can allocate this time to you. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the advice given, please get in touch with us, your satisfaction is our priority and we will remedy the issue the best we can.
What outcome can I expect from my video consultation?
You can expect clarity and confidence to move ahead with your design project. After the consultation, you may be ready to commit to that important decision or you may found a new solution to explore. You may receive both general advice and specific suggestions on suppliers/particular items. As this service is aimed at providing design guidance, tangible design deliverables like detailed drawings, finishes schedules etc are not included. Do you suggest products from other suppliers outside of your online store?
Yes we source from a wide range of suppliers, including retail stores and trade suppliers. Nothing is off limits! We can assist with the ordering process from trade only suppliers after the consultation, by emailing design@studiosense.com.au
Can you be a sounding board throughout my new build or renovation process?
Yes! This is our expertise and we would be happy to support you throughout the process. If you’d like to engage us for multiple consultations, email design@studiosense.com.au for a package rate.
